
DMCC, the leading international business district driving global trade flows through Dubai, has announced the appointment of Ali & Sons Contracting Company – Sole Proprietorship LLC to deliver the second phase of the transformational development of Uptown Dubai.
Ali & Sons Contracting has been awarded the major construction contract to bring this next phase to life following the successful completion of the implementation works.
Seamlessly connected to the iconic Uptown Tower via a new connecting bridge, the development will feature two new state-of-the-art commercial towers that will combine Grade A commercial and retail space, providing amenities and accessibility in line with DMCC’s dynamic urban vision.

Ali & Sons Contracting will deliver the project to achieve the highest quality construction, utilizing leading industry standards for health, safety and wellbeing, and utilizing technology and innovations such as drone surveying, off-site prefabrication and 3D planning software.
