Facilitated Works Company has been awarded a project worth 11 million riyals with the Medina Regional Municipality
Facilitated Works Company announced yesterday a project worth 10.98 million riyals with the Medina Regional Municipality, including VAT.
The project includes the operation, maintenance and cleaning of the buildings of the Ohud Municipality in Medina and its associated facilities, the company said in a statement on Tadawal – a performance-based contract.
The expected date of signing the contract is August 31, 2025, he added, adding that there are no related parties.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Exchange on Wednesday that it will sign the project contract on August 31, and that it will include the operation, maintenance and cleaning of the buildings of the Ohud Municipality in Medina and its associated facilities, noting that the contract is subject to performance.
